As a busy, working mom of four, I understand how difficult it is to prioritize working out and eating healthy while being on the run from one activity to the next. You'll frequently catch me enjoying a cup of coffee with my morning devotional, cheering one of my kids on at a youth sporting event, or getting my steps in! I am wife to Brian and mom and bonus mom to our blended family.
I help women live healthy lives—body, soul and spirit—through a holistic wellness approach. This means that my approach emphasizes functional fitness and nutrition that are tailored to your needs and can be maintained long-term. I offer an online fitness and wellness membership, nutrition coaching, and personal training so that each client finds a program that keeps them committed to their wellness goals.
