• Includes initial personalized movement assessment and goal setting session for all new clients
• Customized one-on-one workouts 2 or 3x week plus customized at-home supplemental plan
• Nutrition evaluation and recommendations
• Monthly progress assessment and plan adjustment
• Minimum 90-day commitment required
